Raspberry-Peach Smoothie

A simple recipe for a vitamin-packed smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 peaches
  • 300 ml milk (cow’s milk or plant-based)*
  • optional: 1 tablespoon sugar or xylitol

Preparation

  1. Cut the peaches into quarters and remove the pit. Place them in a blender with the raspberries.
  2. Add milk (or apple juice with yogurt) to the blender.
  3. Optionally, sweeten to taste if using milk.
  4. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately, preferably chilled.

Notes

  • If preferred, you can substitute milk with apple juice mixed with yogurt or kefir for a creamier texture.
  • Frozen raspberries and peaches can also be used to add a refreshing chill to the smoothie.
