A simple recipe for a vitamin-packed smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 peaches
- 300 ml milk (cow’s milk or plant-based)*
- optional: 1 tablespoon sugar or xylitol
Preparation
- Cut the peaches into quarters and remove the pit. Place them in a blender with the raspberries.
- Add milk (or apple juice with yogurt) to the blender.
- Optionally, sweeten to taste if using milk.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve immediately, preferably chilled.
Notes
- If preferred, you can substitute milk with apple juice mixed with yogurt or kefir for a creamier texture.
- Frozen raspberries and peaches can also be used to add a refreshing chill to the smoothie.
