A refreshing beverage with raspberries, ginger, and lime
Ingredients
- 500g raspberries
- 1 cm piece of ginger
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 tablespoons sugar or xylitol
- 1/4 cup water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaf for decoration
Preparation
Prepare syrup with sugar and water: heat sugar and water in a saucepan, stirring, then boil the resulting syrup for about 3 minutes, remove from heat, and let it cool. Peel and grate the ginger finely. Briefly blend in a blender with raspberries, then strain through a sieve into a clean container such as a pitcher, removing seeds. Add syrup and lime juice, mix well, and chill in the refrigerator. Serve by diluting with water and ice.
