Ingredients:
- 1 package (17-1/2 oz) Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
- 36 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Method:
Prepare the peanut butter cookie mix according to the package instructions.
Preheat your oven to the temperature on the cookie mix packet.
Grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini muffin paper.
Fill each muffin tin about two-thirds full with the cookie dough.
Bake for the time indicated on the packet until the edges are golden brown.
As soon as you remove the muffin tray from the oven, press a mini peanut butter cup into the centre of each muffin cup.
Allow the cookie cups to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
