Peach oatmeal

This peach oatmeal is a perfect option for a summer breakfast or brunch. Be sure to try it before summer ends.

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons Oat flakes
  • 2 peaches
  • 200 ml plant-based milk
  • 3-4 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons toasted almond flakes

Preparation

In a small saucepan, pour in the oat flakes and cover them with plant-based milk. Add the chopped peaches and cook everything for 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to burn the flakes.

Once cooked, transfer the oatmeal to a bowl. Add yogurt and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes.
