Healthy and sweet pancakes at the same time. A simple recipe for a perfect breakfast or dinner.
Ingredients
- Thin pancakes, 4
- Fresh figs, 4
- Butter, 3 tablespoons
- Liquid honey or maple syrup, 3 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons
- Almond flakes, 4 tablespoons
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a pan, add the honey or maple syrup. Add the figs cut into quarters and fry for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Place the caramelized figs on hot pancakes, drizzle with yogurt, roll into tubes or fold into triangles, drizzle with the butter and honey sauce from the pan, and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes.
