Ingredients

  • Oatmeal: 1 cup
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Stevia: as needed
  • Coconut oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Walnuts: 3/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Pour a cup of oatmeal with a cup of water, mix well.
  2. Cover the bowl with a plate and place it in the microwave. Set it for 4 minutes on high power.
  3. Add coconut oil to the hot oatmeal, mix well. Add stevia to taste, a pinch of salt, mix well.
