Ingredients
- Oatmeal: 4 tablespoons
- Orange: 1
- Pear: 1
- Dried plums: a handful
- Flax seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Honey: 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation
- Pour a small amount of hot water over the oatmeal (quick-cooking) to swell them. Add honey and mix.
