Ingredients
- Oatmeal 50 grams
- Raisins 15 grams
- Dried apricots 10 grams
- Buckwheat honey 4 tablespoons
- Almonds 2 tablespoons
- Walnuts a handful
Preparation
Finely chop the nuts and dried fruit. Transfer the chopped ingredients to a bowl, add the oatmeal and honey. Mix everything thoroughly. Moisten your hands with water. Shape the mixture into small, flat cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 50 minutes at 150°C. Allow to cool before serving.
