Nectarine Cheesecake Ice Cream

Quick to prepare ice cream with an extra dose of protein. It’s really hard to resist this delicious combination of nectarine and lime!

Ingredients

  • Nectarine – 1 piece
  • Vanilla protein cheese – 100 g
  • Buttermilk – 80 g
  • Lime – 1 piece

Preparation:

Step 1: Preparing the Ice Cream Base Remove the pit from the nectarine and blend the fruit with the remaining ingredients.

Step 2: Freezing the Ice Cream Transfer the ice cream base into a container, cover it with plastic wrap, and freeze for about 3 hours. After this time, blend it again to remove any lumps, and then chill for a minimum of 3 hours.

Step 3: Serving the Ice Cream Serve the ice cream with lime zest and your favorite fruit chunks.
