A quick and easy-to-make ice cream with an extra dose of protein. It’s really hard to resist this delicious combination of nectarine and lime!
Ingredients
- Nectarine – 1 piece
- Vanilla protein cheese – 100 g
- Buttermilk – 80 g
- Lime – 1 piece
Preparation
Remove the pit from the nectarine and blend the fruit with the remaining ingredients. Transfer the ice cream base to a container, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for about 3 hours. After this time, blend it again to remove any lumps, then chill for a minimum of 3 hours.
Serve the ice cream with lime zest and your favorite fruit pieces.
