Ingredients
- Dark chocolate: 2 bars
- Milk chocolate: 1.5 bars
- Cocoa: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 120 grams
- Wheat flour: 1/4 cup
- Eggs: 6
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Milk: 75 ml
- Instant coffee: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1/4 cup
Preparation
In a saucepan, heat the dark chocolate, half of the milk chocolate, cocoa, and butter until the ingredients combine. Allow the mixture to cool.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the yolks into stiff peaks with two tablespoons of sugar. Gently fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.
Add the flour with baking powder to the chocolate mixture and gently mix.
Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks with 1/4 cup of sugar and gradually fold them into the chocolate mixture, gently stirring.
Pour the ready mixture into a greased cake pan and bake at 150-160 degrees for about 60 minutes.
After baking, drizzle the cake with a glaze made from melted milk chocolate, milk, and instant coffee. Sprinkle the top with coconut flakes.
