Ingredients
- 120 g baby spinach (with small leaves)
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 sweet and ripe mango, peeled and cut into pieces
- Apple juice or mineral water
- 8 ice cubes for serving (optional)
Preparation
First, rinse and dry the spinach. Add the spinach, mango, and mint to a blender container. Pour in 1/2 cup of apple juice or mineral water and begin blending. Stir a few times to ensure all ingredients are fully blended, and add more juice or water if necessary.
Place 2 ice cubes in each glass, pour in the smoothie, and serve.
