Ingredients:
- icing spray
- 12 Oreos, crushed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip or whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons chocolate curls
Method:
Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together the crushed Oreos, melted butter and a pinch of kosher salt until well combined.
Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of each muffin tin to form a crust.
Spoon mint chocolate chip ice cream into each cup, pressing down to fill the space.
Top each cup with Cool Whip or whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate curls.
Freeze until set, about 2 hours.
When ready to serve, run a knife around the edge of each cup and gently remove from the muffin tin.
