Przygotowanie

  1. Sponge Cake: Separate egg yolks from egg whites and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, then egg yolks, and mix until smooth. Sift flours with baking powder and gently mix with a spoon. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 160°C for about 30 minutes. Allow the 3 sponge cakes to cool.
  2. Custard Cream: Mix flour with pudding powder in a cup of milk. Boil the rest of the milk with sugar. Pour the flour mixture into the boiling milk and cook the custard, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Let it cool. Gradually add the prepared custard to softened butter.
  3. Then, spread the custard cream on each sponge cake layer and spread jam or place raspberry fruits on top.
  4. Place the cream-covered sponge cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour before applying the sugarpaste.
  5. Sugarpaste: Soak gelatin in water and let it swell. While the gelatin is soaking, sift icing sugar, dividing it into two parts. Add glucose to the swollen gelatin and mix well. The gelatin must completely dissolve. If necessary, slightly heat the mixture, but do not boil. While still warm, pour the dissolved gelatin with glucose into one portion of powdered sugar, add almond flavoring, and start mixing with a spoon. Gradually add the second portion of icing sugar. When the mixture absorbs enough sugar and becomes elastic, you can add food coloring. Knead the paste like plasticine. If the paste hardens too much, microwave it for a few seconds and knead it again. Roll out the sugarpaste, sprinkling icing sugar underneath to prevent sticking.
  6. Transfer the rolled sugarpaste onto the cake. Gently press and smooth the cake with your hands. After covering the cake, trim off the excess sugarpaste.
  7. Once you achieve the desired shape, decorate the cake with decorations. Cut small pink circles out of sugarpaste using a cake decorating tip.
  8. Cut out a circle with a letter cutter, then use a smaller cutter or a bottle cap to make smaller circles for the head and ears—attach a number 3 to this place. Make large black ears by wrapping sugarpaste around 2 large marshmallow cookies. After cooling, insert 2 toothpicks into the ears and insert them into the cake.
  9. Create Minnie Mouse from sugarpaste.
  10. It’s best to make these elements a day in advance to allow them to dry before assembling them on the cake.
  11. Place the finished element on the cake.
  12. Make a bow out of black sugarpaste around the cake.
