Try the famous pancakes in mini version, served as skewers with strawberries.
Ingredients
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 25 g
- Vanilla sugar – 16 g
- Wheat flour – 75 g
- Milk – 90 ml
- Kiwi – 120 g
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Canola oil – 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder – a pinch
- Salt – a pinch
- Maple syrup – 6 teaspoons
- Strawberry – 150 g
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar. In a separate container, beat eggs, milk, and canola oil. Combine with dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes. Clean and cut strawberries into halves or quarters, peel and cut kiwi into pieces.
Heat a little oil in a pan, gently stir the batter, and spoon small portions onto the pan. Fry the pancakes on each side for about 1 minute and transfer to a paper towel to remove excess oil. Thread a piece of strawberry, kiwi, and three pancakes onto skewers. Before serving, drizzle with maple syrup.
