Melon Ice Cream with Honey

A simple recipe for delicious ice cream that will delight everyone, regardless of age.

Ingredients

  • Yellow melon, 800 g
  • Honey, 4 tablespoons, liquid
  • Cream, 250 ml, chilled
  • Powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons

Preparation

  1. Peel the melon, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Cut it into cubes and pour honey over it.
  2. Blend with a blender until there are small fruit pieces.
  3. Pour the cream into a tall bowl, whip until stiff peaks form, adding powdered sugar. Combine the melon with the whipped cream, blend again until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container with a lid, place it in the freezer. Stir the ice cream every 30 minutes until completely frozen.
