Ingredients
- Yellow melon, 800 g
- Honey, 4 tablespoons, liquid
- Cream, 250 ml, chilled
- Powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons
Preparation
- Peel the melon, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Cut it into cubes and pour honey over it.
- Blend with a blender until there are small fruit pieces.
- Pour the cream into a tall bowl, whip until stiff peaks form, adding powdered sugar. Combine the melon with the whipped cream, blend again until the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a container with a lid, place it in the freezer. Stir the ice cream every 30 minutes until completely frozen.
