Ingredients
- Heavy cream (30% fat): 100 ml
- Mascarpone cheese: 3 tablespoons
- Strawberries: 1 handful
- Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla sugar for cakes and desserts: 2 tablespoons
- Round sponge biscuits: 8 pieces
Preparation
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form with the vanilla sugar. Add the mascarpone cheese and continue to whip for a while at low speed.
- Blend the strawberries into a puree with powdered sugar. In dessert cups, crumble 3 sponge biscuits into each cup, then spoon the mascarpone cream over them.
- Finally, pour the previously prepared strawberry mousse over the top and garnish with a whole sponge biscuit.
