Mango and Orange Sorbet

Mango and Orange Sorbet

A light sugar-free sorbet with mango and orange with a hint of mint. Perfect ice cream for dessert even in winter, homemade and full of fruit flavor. Kids can indulge in them because they are truly healthy.

Ingredients

  • Mango – 1 piece
  • Oranges – 2 pieces
  • Balkan yogurt – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon – 0.5 piece
  • Mint leaves – 1 handful

Preparation

Peel and chop the mango into chunks. Transfer to a tall container, add the freshly squeezed juice of oranges and lemon, and blend with a blender.

Finally, add yogurt and stir, along with chopped mint leaves. Pour into a sealable container and place in the freezer for two hours.

After this time, mix the sorbet with a mixer to prevent crystals from forming and return it to the freezer. Repeat this process three more times, every hour and a half.
