Mango and Cucumber Smoothie

Delicious smoothie in shades of orange and green.

Ingredients

  • 2 field cucumbers or 1/2 greenhouse cucumber
  • 1 ripe mango or 1 cup pineapple flesh
  • 1 cm piece of ginger
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • optionally: a few ice cubes
  • for decoration: mint leaves, cucumber slices

Preparation

Place peeled cucumber and peeled mango into the blender. Add peeled and sliced ginger, orange juice, and optionally a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Sweeten with agave or maple syrup if needed.

You can garnish the smoothie with mint leaves and cucumber slices before serving. Enjoy your refreshing smoothie!
