Macadamia White Chocolate Cookies

Macadamia nuts will help you prepare delicious and wonderfully crisp cookies.

Ingredients

  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Egg yolk – 1 piece
  • White chocolate – 200 g
  • Sugar – 300 g
  • Vanilla extract – 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat flour – 250 g
  • Macadamia nuts – 150 g
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Butter – 170 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon

Preparation

Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, cream melted butter with sugar until smooth. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined. Then, while continuously mixing, gradually add the dry ingredients.

Chop the white chocolate and macadamia nuts into fairly thick pieces and add them to the dough. Mix with a spoon.

Using a spoon, place portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving large spaces between them. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a rack.
