Ingredients

  • Margarine: 15 dag
  • Cake flour: 2 cups
  • Egg: 1 piece
  • Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
  • Powdered sugar: 0.5 cup
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Put the flour, baking powder, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  2. Rub the margarine with these ingredients using your fingertips.
  3. Add the egg and lemon juice, then knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies using a moon-shaped cutter.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Let the baked cookies cool. Ready!
