Ingredients
- All-purpose flour (2 cups)
- Sugar (1/2 cup)
- Baking powder (3 teaspoons)
- Fine-grain iodized sea salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Milk (3/4 cup)
- Oil (1/3 cup)
- Egg (1 piece)
- Lemons (2 pieces)
Preparation
Mix the flour in one bowl with sugar, salt, and baking powder. In another bowl, mix milk with oil, egg, lemon juice, and grated lemon zest. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Mix together, just until the ingredients are combined. Transfer the finished batter to paper-lined muffin cups.
Place in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC and bake for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the baked muffins with powdered sugar.
