Ingredients
- Eggs, 4 pieces
- 30% cream, 800 grams
- Sugar, 125 grams
- Milk, 125 grams
- Lemon juice, 150 grams
- 30% cream, 400 grams
- Fresh strawberries, 500 grams
- Powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Strawberries, 100 grams
Preparation
Ice Cream:
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy, then add milk and lemon juice.
- Transfer the whipped cream into a bowl, add the egg mixture, and mix well.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into a plastic container and place it in the freezer overnight.
Dessert Preparation:
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar.
- Blend the strawberries with sugar to make a compote.
- Place 3 tablespoons of lemon ice cream into serving bowls.
- Top with strawberry compote.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with some more strawberry compote.
- Decorate with fresh strawberries.
