Lemon Ice Cream with Strawberry Compote and Strawberries

Ingredients

  • Eggs, 4 pieces
  • 30% cream, 800 grams
  • Sugar, 125 grams
  • Milk, 125 grams
  • Lemon juice, 150 grams
  • 30% cream, 400 grams
  • Fresh strawberries, 500 grams
  • Powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons
  • Strawberries, 100 grams

Preparation

Ice Cream:

  1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy, then add milk and lemon juice.
  3. Transfer the whipped cream into a bowl, add the egg mixture, and mix well.
  4. Pour the ice cream mixture into a plastic container and place it in the freezer overnight.

Dessert Preparation:

  1. Whip the cream with powdered sugar.
  2. Blend the strawberries with sugar to make a compote.
  3. Place 3 tablespoons of lemon ice cream into serving bowls.
  4. Top with strawberry compote.
  5. Add a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with some more strawberry compote.
  6. Decorate with fresh strawberries.
