Kiwi Sorbet Popsicles

A quick idea for a light dessert on hot days – refreshing kiwi puree in the form of delicious tangy popsicles!

Ingredients:

  • Icing sugar – 70 g
  • Kiwi – 13
  • Lime juice – 20 ml

Preparation:

Peel 12 kiwis and cut them into quarters. Blend them finely with lime juice and icing sugar, then strain through a sieve. Pour the mixture into molds (about 150 ml each) and place them in the freezer for 2 hours until the mixture begins to freeze. Peel the remaining kiwi and cut 4 slices from the middle. Place one slice on each popsicle, inserting a popsicle stick through the slice into the mixture. Freeze in the freezer until completely frozen. To remove from the molds, briefly hold the outside of the molds in warm water.
