Ingredients
- Mango: 1 piece
- Avocado: 0.5 piece
- Coconut flakes: 1 tablespoon
- Kefir: 1 cup
- Milk: 0.25 cup
Preparation
Peel the mango and avocado, remove the pits, and cut into pieces. Place them in a blender. Add the coconut flakes. Pour in the well-chilled kefir and milk. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately after preparation.
The smoothie is very thick, so if you prefer a more liquid consistency, add more milk.
