Kefir Smoothie with Mango, Coconut, and Avocado

A delicious and healthy smoothie. The natural sweetness from the mango eliminates the need for added sugar.

Ingredients

  • Mango: 1 piece
  • Avocado: 0.5 piece
  • Coconut flakes: 1 tablespoon
  • Kefir: 1 cup
  • Milk: 0.25 cup

Preparation

Peel the mango and avocado, remove the pits, and cut into pieces. Place them in a blender. Add the coconut flakes. Pour in the well-chilled kefir and milk. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately after preparation.

The smoothie is very thick, so if you prefer a more liquid consistency, add more milk.
