Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Kahlua
Method:
Combine the sugar, milk and heavy cream in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and Kahlua.
Chill in the fridge until completely cold, about 1-2 hours.
Pour the cooled mixture into an ice-cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
