Ingredients:
- 2 strawberries
- 2 cherry tomatoes, plus 1 extra for garnish
- 10ml agave syrup
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 30ml Espadín Mezcal
- 20ml blanco tequila
- 20ml pineapple juice
- Crushed ice
- Fresh mint twig, to garnish
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries and cherry tomatoes to release their juices.
Add the agave syrup, fresh lime juice, Espadin Mezcal, blanco tequila and pineapple juice to the shaker.
Fill with ice, cocktail lid on and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an extra cherry tomato and a sprig of fresh mint.
