Take this recipe cool! With it, you can treat your guests to a wonderful dessert—iced tiramisu—regardless of the occasion.
Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream, 1 l
- Coffee, 200 ml
- Amaretto liqueur, 100 ml
- Ladyfingers, 200 g
- Cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mix the cooled coffee with the amaretto liqueur. Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and lay them on the bottom of the prepared tray. Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the cookies. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and then add another layer of ice cream, spreading it evenly over the cookies. Finally, place another layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers on top and sprinkle with cocoa powder again.
Place the dessert in the freezer for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
