Ice Cream Cup with Fruit Granita

A simple dessert in cups, consisting of ready-made ice cream topped with a fruit granita made from strawberries, peaches, and kiwi. Sweet ice cream and crunchy granita make for a refreshing and delicious summer dessert.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream: 1 liter
  • Canned peaches: 1 can
  • Strawberries: 500 grams
  • Kiwi: 2 pieces

Preparation

  1. Drain the peaches from the can and blend them into a smooth puree. Similarly, blend the strawberries and kiwi. Pour the purees into freezer-safe containers and place them in the freezer.
  2. Every hour, stir the fruits with a fork until they form crushed ice crystals.
  3. Scoop soft ice cream into cups alternately with fruit granitas in any order and quantity.
