Homemade Ice Cream

Homemade Ice Cream

Making homemade ice cream is a great activity for the whole family! Choose your favorite flavor from forest fruits, strawberries, or coconut milk!

Ingredients

For strawberry ice cream

  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Lemon – 1
  • Strawberries – 500 g
  • Water – 150 ml

For coconut milk ice cream

  • Lemon – 0.5
  • Honey – 40 g
  • Coconut milk – 400 ml
  • Colored sprinkles – 2 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream (30%) – 200 ml

For forest fruit ice cream

  • Lemon – 1
  • Honey – 150 g
  • Lactose-free milk – 200 ml
  • Frozen raspberries – 500 g

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the forest fruit ice cream
Heat the milk and add the fruits (if using frozen fruit, thaw it first) and honey. Blend the mixture. Add the juice from the whole lemon at the end if the flavor needs more zest. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze overnight for best results.

Step 2: Prepare the strawberry ice cream
Heat the sugar and water until it boils. Let it boil for about 3 minutes. Pour the hot syrup over the strawberries (if using frozen strawberries, thaw them first) and blend. Add the juice from the whole lemon at the end. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze overnight for best results.

Step 3: Prepare the coconut milk ice cream
Place all the ingredients in a high container and blend thoroughly. Fill the ice cream molds halfway with the coconut mixture, then add the strawberry and forest fruit mixtures (prepared according to the recipes above). Gently swirl the mixtures together using a toothpick. Freeze overnight for best results. You can also add colored sprinkles to the coconut mixture. Mix the sprinkles into the coconut mixture before filling the molds and freezing.
