Easy ice cream made with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- Greek yogurt, 1 large container (330 g)
- Sweetened condensed milk, 100 ml
- Matcha powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation
Place the yogurt in a bowl. Mix the condensed milk with the matcha until smooth, then add to the yogurt and mix well.
Transfer to an ice cream maker or frozen sorbet maker and follow the instructions (or place the bowl with the mixture in the freezer for a few hours, stirring the mixture every half hour).
