Green Smoothie with Wild Herbs

An easy way to refresh with green! Be sure to try this recipe for a smoothie with wild herbs!

Ingredients

  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber – 300 g
  • Orange – 2 pieces
  • Water – 300 ml
  • Mixed greens – 75 g
  • Red apple – 2 pieces

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Fruits Peel and dice the cucumber into thick chunks. Wash the wild herbs and let them dry. Peel the apples, quarter them, and remove the seeds. Set aside 4 thin slices for garnish, and dice the rest. Peel and quarter the oranges.

Step 2: Blend the Ingredients Blend all the ingredients thoroughly with 300 ml of cold water. Season with honey to taste and pour into glasses. Serve garnished with apple slices.
