Greek Dessert with Strawberry Mousse

Try this recipe for a superb dessert with strawberries.

Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt, 400 g
  • Powdered sugar, 150 g
  • Fresh strawberries, 400 g
  • Powdered sugar, 150 g
  • Pork gelatin, 1 sheet

Preparation

Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Blend Greek yogurt with powdered sugar, add 2/3 of the prepared gelatin, mix well, and pour into glasses. Wash and remove stems from strawberries, add powdered sugar, and blend into a puree. Add 1/3 of the prepared gelatin to the strawberry puree, mix well, and pour into glasses. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours. Before serving, garnish with a strawberry and mint leaves.
