Sweet American-style breakfast? It has to be pancakes! These delicious pancakes are adapted for a gluten-free diet and suitable for lactose-free individuals.

Ingredients

  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Goat yogurt – 300 g
  • Rice flour – 260 g
  • Rapeseed oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Maple syrup – 3 tablespoons

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Batter Mix yogurt with eggs and maple syrup. Combine flour with baking soda and baking powder. Sift dry ingredients through a sieve into the wet ones. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2: Fry the Pancakes Heat rapeseed oil in a pan. Fry pancakes until golden brown on both sides – flip them when many air bubbles appear on the raw batter.

Step 3: Serve the Pancakes Arrange pancakes on a plate, drizzle with a bit of maple syrup to taste.
