Sweet American-style breakfast? It has to be pancakes! These delicious pancakes are adapted for a gluten-free diet and suitable for lactose-free individuals.
Ingredients
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Goat yogurt – 300 g
- Rice flour – 260 g
- Rapeseed oil – 1 tablespoon
- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Maple syrup – 3 tablespoons
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Batter Mix yogurt with eggs and maple syrup. Combine flour with baking soda and baking powder. Sift dry ingredients through a sieve into the wet ones. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2: Fry the Pancakes Heat rapeseed oil in a pan. Fry pancakes until golden brown on both sides – flip them when many air bubbles appear on the raw batter.
