Fruity Dessert with Nuts and Chocolate

A quick and easy-to-make, yet incredibly tasty fruit dessert with mango and apricots, topped with walnuts and chocolate flakes, will be a great solution for a nutritious snack or a sweet New Year’s appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla homogenized cheese, 300 grams
  • Mango, 0.5 piece
  • Apricots, 4 pieces
  • Walnuts, 3 tablespoons
  • Chocolate flakes, 1 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Spread vanilla homogenized cheese on the bottom of jars, bowls, or dessert glasses.
  2. Blend half of the mango into a smooth puree and pour it over the cheese.
  3. Arrange walnuts and chopped apricots on top, then sprinkle everything with grated (milk or dark) chocolate.
