Folded Pancakes

Whip up a batch of Folded Pancakes for a breakfast that’s as satisfying as it is simple. These fluffy treats are made with just a cup of self-raising flour, milk and an egg, creating a versatile canvas for all your favourite toppings.  

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaped cup of self-raising flour (approx 250g)
  • 1 cup of semi-skimmed milk (approx 230ml)
  • 1 large egg
  • Olive oil

Method:

Place 1 heaped cup of self-raising flour, 1 cup of milk and 1 large egg in a bowl.

Whisk until smooth.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat with a little olive oil.

Pour in the batter to make pancakes of the desired size.

Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and fluffy.

Fold pancakes if desired and serve with your favourite toppings.
