Quick pancakes for breakfast or a snack
Ingredients
- Kefir, 200 g
- Eggs, 2
- Flour, 150 g
- Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Pour the kefir into a bowl, add the eggs, and mix with a fork. Add the flour (preferably sifted), baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and oil. Stir with a whisk or gently mix until just combined into a smooth and uniform batter.
Heat a pan and drop 1 full tablespoon of batter for each pancake, leaving space between them. Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until they rise and turn golden brown on the bottom, then flip with a spatula and cook the other side.
