Ingredients
- 30% cream – 100 ml
- Greek yogurt – 100 g
- lime – 1 piece
- powdered sugar – 1.5 tablespoons
- fresh mint – 3 leaves
- mango – 0.5 piece
- mango puree – 300 g
Preparation
Grate the lime zest. Transfer the mango puree to a bowl. Then add the grated zest and mix thoroughly.
Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff. Transfer the Greek yogurt to a separate bowl and gradually add the whipped cream to it. After adding each portion, gently fold the ingredients together to keep the mixture as fluffy as possible.
On the bottom of each glass, spoon the mango mousse, then top with the Greek yogurt cream. Repeat the process until there is no more space in the glasses, finishing with a layer of cream. Dice the fresh mango into fairly small pieces and arrange them on top of the finished desserts. Garnish each glass with a mint leaf.
