Simple dessert cookies loved by everyone.
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour, 50 dkg
- Sugar, 15 dkg
- Vanilla sugar, 1 piece
- Butter, 25 dkg
- Egg, 2 pieces
- Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
- Salt, 1 pinch
Additionally
- Egg white, 1 piece
- Sugar
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine softened butter and all other ingredients, kneading them into a dough by hand.
- Roll out the dough and cut out various shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Cut out the center of each cookie.
- Spread sugar on a plate.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg white.
- Lightly brush each cookie with egg white and place the coated side onto the sugar.
- Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sugar side up.
- Place both baking sheets in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius with convection mode and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
