White Candy Bark is a festive and easy-to-make treat that combines the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with the crunch of walnuts and the tang of cranberries. Sprinkled with a hint of nutmeg, this confection is a delightful blend of textures and flavours, perfect as a holiday gift or a cheerful addition to any dessert table.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 packages (10 to 12 oz each) white baking chips
- 1-1/2 cups walnut halves
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Method:
Prepare your pan by lining a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil. Coat the foil with melted butter.
Melt the white baking chips in the microwave on high until completely melted, stirring until smooth.
Stir the walnut halves, dried cranberries and ground nutmeg into the melted white chocolate.
Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared tin.
Chill in the fridge until the bark has set.
When set, break the bark into pieces.
