Making cupcakes is not difficult at all. The secret lies in their decoration. See how to do it!
Ingredients:
- Sugar – 125 g
- White chocolate – 200 g
- Dark chocolate – 30 g
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Butter – 125 g
- Wheat flour – 175 g
- Milk – 50 ml
- Hazelnuts – 75 g
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – a pinch
Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the Muffin Dough Grind hazelnuts, mix with flour and baking powder. Mix soft butter, sugar, and salt until creamy. Add eggs one by one, mix well. Add the nut mixture alternately with milk, stirring. Put paper cups in muffin tin molds, then fill them with dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 30-35 minutes until light brown. Let cool, then remove from the molds.
Step 2: Decorate the Cupcakes with a Pattern Finely chop white and dark chocolate separately and melt each separately in a water bath. Spread the surface of the cupcakes with white chocolate. Pour the dark chocolate into a freezer bag, close the bag, cut off a small corner. Make thin circles on the cupcakes, then stretch them from the inside out using toothpicks to create a spiderweb pattern. Let dry.
