Crunchy Chocolate Bars

A treat made from chocolate, almonds, crunchy flakes, and coconut. Just mix all the ingredients, chill, and it’s ready!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate – 200 g
  • Milk chocolate – 200 g
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon
  • Almonds – 100 g
  • Nutty granola – 100 g
  • Coconut flakes – 100 g
  • Heavy cream (30%) – 200 ml

Preparation

  1. Bring the heavy cream to a boil. Break the dark and milk chocolate into smaller pieces. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Wait for a moment and mix until completely melted. Add butter, then let it cool.
  2. Mix chopped coconut, flakes, and chopped almonds, then combine with the melted chocolate mixture. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
