A treat made from chocolate, almonds, crunchy flakes, and coconut. Just mix all the ingredients, chill, and it’s ready!
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate – 200 g
- Milk chocolate – 200 g
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
- Almonds – 100 g
- Nutty granola – 100 g
- Coconut flakes – 100 g
- Heavy cream (30%) – 200 ml
Preparation
- Bring the heavy cream to a boil. Break the dark and milk chocolate into smaller pieces. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Wait for a moment and mix until completely melted. Add butter, then let it cool.
- Mix chopped coconut, flakes, and chopped almonds, then combine with the melted chocolate mixture. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
