Crepes with Caramelized Figs

Delicious crepes for breakfast, a light lunch, or a simple dinner.

Ingredients

  • Thin crepes, 4
  • Fresh figs, 4
  • Butter, 3 tbsp
  • Liquid honey or maple syrup, 3 tbsp
  • Greek yogurt, 4 tbsp
  • Almond flakes, 4 tbsp

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan, add the honey or maple syrup. Add the figs, cut into quarters, and sauté for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

Place the caramelized figs on the hot crepes, drizzle with yogurt, and fold into rolls or triangles. Drizzle with the butter and honey sauce from the pan and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes.
