Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour: 1 1/2 cups
  • Butter: 100 grams
  • Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg: 1
  • Vanilla sugar: 2 teaspoons
  • M&M’s candies: 100 grams

Preparation

  1. Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Add the egg to the butter-sugar mixture and beat well.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and vanilla sugar.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until you get a uniform, slightly sticky dough.
  5. Shape the Cookies: Form the dough into balls the size of a large walnut. Flatten the balls in your hands.
  6. Prepare for Baking: Place the flattened dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving ample space between them.
  7. Decorate: Press M&M’s candies onto the tops of the cookies.
  8. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
