These cookies look absolutely gorgeous. Nuts, cranberries and vanilla are the best combination for any gourmet.
Ingredients:
- 1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated cookie dough, softened
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup white baking chips
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line baking sheets with greaseproof paper or silicone baking mats.
In a large bowl, combine the softened sugar cookie dough, chopped pecans, white baking chips, dried cranberries and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking trays, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden around the edges.
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
