Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) softened cream cheese
- 1 cup Biscoff Creamy Biscuit Spread
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 packages (8 oz each) frozen whipped topping, thawed (6 cups total), divided
- 2 9-inch graham cracker crusts
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce syrup
- 4 biscoff cookies, crushed
Method:
In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Biscoff Creamy Cookie Spread and icing sugar until well combined.
Fold in 1 carton of defrosted whipped topping.
Divide the mixture between the two graham cracker crusts.
Top each cake with the remaining whipped topping.
Drizzle the caramel sundae syrup over the cakes.
Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
Cover and freeze until firm (at least 4 hours).
