Light and creamy chocolate mousse, also known as chocolate rainbow with fresh fruit. You must try this recipe!
Ingredients
- White chocolate, 100 g
- Dark chocolate, 100 g
- Vanilla, 3 g
- Sugar, 50 g
- Milk, 100 ml
- Whole milk (3.2%), 1 l
- Blueberries, 50 g
- 30% cream, 200 ml
- Gelatin, 20 g
Preparation:
Pour the milk into a pot, add the sugar, and bring to a boil. Split the vanilla pod in half and add it to the hot milk. Add the soaked gelatin to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
Divide the cooked mixture into two parts. Add the crushed white chocolate to one part and the crushed dark chocolate to the other part. Pour the dark chocolate mixture into tall glasses or dessert dishes.
Set the glasses at an angle and leave to set. Do not refrigerate the white chocolate mixture.
Once the first layer has set, pour the white chocolate mixture over it and place it back in the refrigerator. Decorate the dessert with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
