Just a touch of cocoa and a few extras can transform classic pancakes. In this version, they taste absolutely delicious.

- Bananas – 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar – 5 g
- Cocoa powder – 5 g
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Peanut butter – 100 g
Batter
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Cocoa powder – 10 g
- Whole milk – 500 ml
- Rapeseed oil – 3 tablespoons
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Wheat flour – 180 g
Preparation
Mix all the batter ingredients thoroughly. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes, then fry thin pancakes (about 10 pieces). Spread peanut butter on the fried pancakes, place sliced bananas on them. Fold the pancakes into envelopes or triangles.
Melt butter in a pan and place the folded pancakes in it. Fry over low heat on both sides. Sprinkle the finished pancakes with powdered sugar and cocoa.
