An easy and quick chocolate oatmeal recipe. A refreshing breakfast with the addition of strawberries.
Ingredients
- Instant oats (150 g)
- Milk (600 ml, dairy or plant-based)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Dark cocoa powder (2 heaping teaspoons)
- Frozen strawberries (100 g)
Preparation
Add the oats to a pot and pour in the milk. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, add the cocoa powder and frozen strawberries. If the oatmeal is too thick, add a bit more milk. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the honey. Mix well and transfer to bowls.
