Ingredients
- Mascarpone cheese, 200 grams
- Powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
- Dark chocolate, 100 grams
- Amaretti cookies, 8 pieces
- Heavy cream (36%), 100 milliliters

Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool.
- Mix mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla extract. Gradually add the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cheese mixture.
- Place a portion of the prepared cream into individual glass cups. Press 2 amaretti cookies into the center of each cup, cover with more cream, and sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator.
